Executive Chef

Chef Tomas Curi, the newly appointed Executive Chef at Chalk Point Kitchen, grew up in the culinary hotbed of Houston, TX.  From an early age, he learned to cook form his stepfather, an avid outdoorsman, conservationist, and a rightful kitchen guru, himself. After a stint in Management Consulting, he decided to pursue cooking as a career, taking him to Italy for two years to train in some of Florence’s best kitchens, then to NYC where he ran inoteca, Corsino, and worked under Chef Akhtar Nawab at Indie Fresh.
